I keep this n my car for yoga and more. Travels well n suitcase. Bought it for a yoga retreat to Dominican Republic and dont regret it. I chose the one with the poses in each square. Smarter not harder ;) only a touch thinner in should width. Read more
Perfect map for on the go stretches
