I got these inserts for myself. I had bought a pair of shoes while thrifting that I loved but did not try on in the store. When I got home I realized they had no support or cushion. I am I size 7 shoe and ordered the Kids 5-6.5, Women's 6-7.5. They have easy trim guides to get the correct size you need. I trimmed two notches down to fit them in my shoe. Unfortunately, they are so cushiony that the boots are now too tight on my foot to wear, however I understand that this is probably just my shoes in particular (they are leather boots). So keep that in mind when ordering, they have about an inch of added cushion. Besides that, they are comfortable, supportive and a great price. Read more

We have custom inserts for my son's running shoes, which were very pricey. I hate sending them over to other family member's houses, as they are generally not cared for. These are like foam but very nice to walk on. I have no arch and tennis shoes without arch support are horrible for me. I put these in my cross fit shoes and just removed the original insoles. These work so much better and make the shoes so comfortable. I don't even wanna make my shoes off after using these. I like they are adjustable, you just have to cut them down to size.
