My wife thinks it is a little strong on her feet, but I think it feels great (she throws a towel over hers). I was actually surprised how well this thing works. After you get off this thing your feet kinda tingle, but in a good way. And the feeling lasts for a while. Kinda gets addictive. Read more

This is a great compact perfectly sized mat for your feet. The points are hard so one may need to wear socks when you initially start using it but for me it really helps with foot circulation and helping with overall stress relief and foot pain. You can also transport it with you when you travel. Highly recommend. Read more
While it is just plastic it is nicely constructed. The plastic is durable and the mat is a really nice size. The bumps are sharp, quite sharp, but I did get used to it quite quickly and it no longer causes any pain when I use it. I’ve recently started a new job delivering packages for 8-10 hours a day so I am having a lot of body pain, especially in my feet and legs. I’ve been using this mat in the morning and at night for 5-15 minutes at a time. I haven’t really felt any improvement in my pain or anything, but it has been a nice addition to my daily routine to get the day started and finish the day off. I definitely am going to continue using it and am hopeful I see some better improvements in my pain in the near future. As with any of these types of devices result do vary greatly person to person.
