I picked up this foot massager so I could work on my arches at the end of the day, especially after running errands or standing a lot. I tried it first while sitting at my desk, just rolling it slowly under one foot, and the spikes hit those tight spots in a way that feels intense but kind of satisfying. I liked that I could control how much pressure I put on it — leaning in a little gets a deeper massage, but it still rolls smoothly without sliding away. After a few minutes, my heel and arch definitely felt looser. Highly functional, great pain relief, and solid quality. I’ve also used it in socks when my feet were feeling extra sensitive, and that made the spikes feel a bit more mellow. The shape lines up well with the curve of my foot, so I didn’t have to angle anything weird to get the right spot. The one small thing I noticed is that it’s pretty firm, so it can feel a little sharp until you get used to it. But overall I’m glad I ordered this — it’s simple, easy to keep under the desk, and it gives quick relief when my feet start complaining. Read more

For a couple years now I've been dealing with this horrific, intense itching on the soles of my feet and sometimes the tops of my feet. It itches worse than the eczema I get on my hands at times yet I don't have eczema on my feet and it isn't anything fungal or anything on the skin. I've also been dealing with swelling in my legs and that seems to aggravate my feet and make the itching worse so I'm pretty sure it's nerve related. I tried so many different things to help with the itch from numbing cream, menthol ointments, ice packs, etc. None of these things really helped. The one thing I did find that kind of helped was if I pushed my foot onto something spikey that caused slight pain in my foot like a brush. When I saw this foot massager and that it has a spikey texture, I thought that this might be the answer to my problem. This massager comes with a nice draw string storage bag that you can keep it stored in which I really appreciated but I use the massager so often that I use the bag for other things. The first time my feet got itchy after getting this massager I put my feet on it and rolled it back and forth on the floor with my foot using a bit of pressure. I noticed almost immediately that the itching was subsiding. It was absolutely incredible. It would take only a matter of seconds and the itch would be gone and yet if I had scratched it, the itching would have become so much more intense and would have lasted a long time. I also found that in addition to helping with itching, when I use this massager daily with my feet that I get less foot cramps now. If you struggle with itching in your feet, cramping or pain, definitely try this massager out. I can't begin to explain how much of a difference in the quality of my life this simple massager has made. The itching I was experience was making me feel insane and this massager as provided so much relief. If anything ever happens to my massager, I will definitely be ordering another one again. This is a foot massager roller with 459 spiky massage points designed for plantar fasciitis relief and general foot massage. The current listed price is $7.99, which is lower than when it was first ordered at $9.99. The price drop makes it an even better value. The roller feels sturdy and well made, and it delivers firm pressure. The spikes are strong and do take a little time to get used to, but I personally don’t mind them. Wearing socks is an easy way to ease into using it while still getting good results. I mainly use this for plantar fasciitis relief, and it’s been very effective. I also find myself using it casually while sitting as a simple foot fidget. It’s easy to grab, doesn’t take up much space, and works whenever I need it. Overall, this is a straightforward product that does exactly what it’s meant to do. It provides strong massage pressure, holds up well, and at the current price offers excellent value. Read more

This is a simple tool that performs exceptionally. For reference I have high arches and am approaching 40. I deal with systemic inflammation from a condition called CIRS. For this reason my feet have started aching the last year or so. This little guy is incredible for working out those deep aches in your arches and in the ball of your foot. Occasionally the little spikes will give me a bit of sensory issues (AuDHD) in which case I’ll put socks on to use it. You can control the pressure you apply by how firmly you press down on it. I find that standing or sitting in different positions can allow you to hit things and different angles depending on the area you are targeting, so play around with it. My favorite position to stand in is leaning forward against a counter while my leg is back a bit and foot flexed upward slightly - this lets me get into the area where the arch meets the ball of my foot - heavenly relief! This item seems well made, is actually aesthetically pleasing, and brings genuine relief to my achey feet. 5 stars! Read more
