My built in charger stopped working on my iPhone so I bought this to still be able to charge it and, while it does so competently, it does nothing more. I’ve found that if the charger is not on my phone, it is plugged into the wall to recharge. It works long enough to charge my phone from 20% to 100% overnight, which is what I purchased it for, not nothing else. Also, it will not charge my phone while it is plugged in charging itself. My husband has noticed that it won’t charge his phone by using the cord capability and he doesn’t have MagSafe. One other thing, it gets very warm. Almost too warm to touch. So, because it does what I bought it to do, I will give it 3 stars but since it does nothing else, and doesn’t work as intended in any other way, 3 stars is all it will get. I’m sure you can find a similarly priced portable charger that works much better than this one does. Read more
