I cannot stress, enough, how great this product is. The mounting section fits perfectly in the vent of my 2018 Tacoma. I am NOT a fan of vent-installed phone mounts because they get in the way of the air flow and can adversely affect the functioning of my phone. That said, this mounts perfectly into the rim of the vent and the arm is long enough to keep my phone out of the air stream. However, it does make it difficult to rotate the vents if you tighten it down to a comfortable level. I'd recommend some thread-locker and leave them a little looser than you might otherwise do, or just find the sweet spot and consider your vents locked in place. I love the articulation, and may wind up adding an extra joint, and the magnet is AMAZING! Like, I have magnets and I have MAGNETS, and this is in the latter category. It's so strong that it'll hold my phone WITH my usual kickstand in place, though I do have to remember to retrieve the kickstand from the magnet because it's stronger than the magnets of the kickstand. I'd trust my tablet on the magnet, so... there's that. If you have a Tacoma, these are great, and I'll be getting another pair for my passengers. Read more
