It was broken out of the box. Plugged it in and I got a temp error. It would not charge or stay on. The manufacturer solution to the problem was to ship it back and swap it. The bloody thing weighs 150 lb. That's an awful solution. I was thinking that maybe they could do a software update but they didn't even try that. I really wanted to like this thing. I had it for about a week and a half and the error went away eventually and I tried to charge it and it popped back up. I was actually able to fully cycle the unit one time. I fully discharged it using an oil filled heater down to 25%, then I tried to recharge it at its maximum and it got to about 38% and shut down. The charged to 100% happened overnight when I plugged it in and set it at 600 Watts then went to bed. This is why manufacturers need to make these things easy to work on because I'm quite capable of working on something like this. It probably needed a sensor swap or a BMS swap. It could have been just a simple software update also. By the way, the noise level is good for such a large unit. Read more
