Foster Grant Womens Vera Oval Sunglasses

I just received my sunglasses and just think they're great looking/fashionable. I have wanted a pair of sunglasses with a very light tint that I can wear when actual dark sunglasses are not needed. I like to wear sunglasses all the time when I am out and about, and sometimes I don't need dark shades. I am hoping that I do not have any issues as some have stated that the screws have fallen out and the lens come off. Almost just like the ones I used to have that i wore all the time. I was afraid to open them since they came in a large shipping bag all by themselves. From reading other reviews i was afraid they would be broke or screws missing but they were fine. I did put nail hardener on the screws and let sit for awhile to dry so the screws stay put. I wore them about 4 times now and it has been good and they look nice Comfortable and lightweight. I can not use dark tint glasses and they are perfect and worked good for me with morning and evening bright sun. Read more

Unfortunately, these got stepped on by heavy gal before I ever wore them. It was more on the sides then the sheilds, so the glasses didn't break, however there was a slight deformity on the frame. However i was table to keep reforming it until after a few days they finally set perfect again on my face. (I think the heat outside helped to soften the plastic frame.) I did wear then with a slight lean, correcting them a few times and eventually the issue disappeared. they look good on, too! I go the silver ones. My favorite part is that they aren't dark when worn inside or make the world look darker (esp. good when driving and you need very clear vision). Read more

I love these glasses. They are pretty and comfortable. This is my second purchase, I bought the first for my daughter who loves them as well. She is special needs and doesn't care for really dark glasses, so these suit her perfect. Also I just had cataract surgery and the soft tint makes it great for wearing in the house and for driving. These glasses are great! I can wear them indoors and Outdoors and protect my eyes from the sun. However, the first pair I had the screw holding the temple on broke off (within several days of purchasing them). I asked for a replacement pair and they shipped out right away. The second pair I had the nose piece fell off within a month of receiving them. I was hoping these sunglasses would hold up for daily use for the entire summer, but neither pair held up through a month in the winter. I have reached out directly to mfg since I am out of my allowable return time period, but have yet to hear back. Read more

I really like these sunglasses. I used to find them in stores but now must rely on Internet ordering. When they were available in the store, I could always ascertain that white was indeed white. The last pair I ordered were not white even though they were so labeled. So I had to go through the agony of returning that pair. I finally decided to roll the dice again and this time they did indeed turn up white as ordered. They are stylish, they are comfortable, and if you enjoy playing roulette or other games of chance, you might get lucky on the color. Right now I am only 50/50. Read more
