Clock display only stays on 5 minutes when not using. There was no function to override the energy saving mode. The light below was very dim and only 1 bulb. The user manual could definitely be improved. I had to call the company to get the explanation why the clock wouldn't stay on. Read more
Basically hated this since we bought it. The extra shelf wasn't useful at all because you have to use it on low power. It drives you crazy with repeated alerts every few seconds after cooking if you don't open the door. It doesn't vent the microwave into the vent hood exhaust so you get wet, greasy residue on your cabinets above. And the control panel buttons went bad after a couple of years. Read more
