Cute and stylish boot that fits both wide feet and wide calves
These are really nice boots. I was pleasantly surprised because I don't usually like tassels on my boots, but they look good on these boots. They have beautiful, detailed stitching that was well done. I ordered them because they said they could accommodate my wide calves. I wear a size 8.5 wide in shoes (due to an injured foot) but I usually order a size 9 in boots like these because of the square toe. Since they are for wide calves, I hoped they would have a boot that would be more on the wider side, so I took a chance and ordered an 8.5 instead of a 9. Also, due to having high insteps, I usually have to have boots that zip because my high instep makes it difficult to slide my feet into the boot. Not only can I slide my feet into these boots, but they are very comfortable and roomy without being too big. I have a complex meniscus tear in my right knee and therefore cannot wear heels. Although these have a heel, I'm able to walk comfortably in them without my knee hurting because it is a square heel that does not perch my feet precariously on deeply uneven heels.
