Frizzlife TW10 Under Sink Water Filter System NSF ANSI 53 42 Certified Elements Reduce 99 99 Lead Chlorine

I'm an old guy who lives in an older part of town. Our water works sent out a letter a while back explaining my water main was so old the pipes were lead. They tried to combat the lead in water issue with a free Brita pitcher and filter that remove lead from my water. I'm more concerned about the heavy metals ingestion and possibility of kidney stones and other ailments. I did a lot of digging online and finally decided on the Frizzlife SW10. It claims to remove heavy metals and chlorine, leaving essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium. The replacement filter is about $20 on Amazon. Single pitcher filters run around $30 and filter 240 gallons, compared to 8000 gallons with Frizzlife and will last 12-16 months before it should be changed. I was a little cramped under my sink when trying to install the filter mounting. Solved that with a little Alien Tape before setting the screws that come with the kit. I removed the filter casing and wrapped the waterline threads for input and output with the Teflon tape before mounting. From there on it only took about 10 minutes to complete installation. This is my second set of the Frizzlife brand of 3 stage undersink filters. The first one in our last house worked perfectly and the second set (TW10) is working perfectly in our new house. These filters significantly reduced the bad taste of the water at both homes we have installed them by at least 80%. I know the filters are working well as they can easily be examined when filter replacement occurs to see the used and unused filter. Follow the directions carefully during install and you will not have any problems. We really like the addition of the stands for the filters as we get older it is harder to climb under the sink to change the cartridges, this new design keeps them up front. We purchased that all within a couple days on January 14 & 15, 2024. After my first purchased I was so impressed by your water system I purchase more. They are easy and simple to install and WOW how amazing the difference in the water we now use. I can actually drink the water from my bathroom and kitchen sink if I want and my wife loves it most because shes so sensitive with her sink and now being able to wash her face and hair with filtered water is life changing for her. The water systems are amazing and I have many more faucets in the house I probably will add the SW10’s too because mainly what is left are other bathroom sinks. But it makes such a big difference in the water, no more smells no more bad taste it just tastes fresh. Now I can even take my daily medicine drinking the water directly from the sink…I love it. Honestly it tastes just like the Spring watered bottled water we get from ReadyFresh So bottom line I love your products from the moment we got my hands on it, best investment I made. I then purchased two sets of the TW10 and again the same great results with an easy install and great tasting clean water. The water flow for me was the same before and after the install. Some mention after time the water pressure slows but if you think about it its doing its job, its filtering out the stuff from the water you dont want to be drinking or using coming out of your faucet, some people have bad water and may need to change filters more often some may need to change it less often. To me it’s worth every penny to get cleaner filtered water knowing what they put in our water these days. The expense of the replacement filter cartridge are not that expensive for what your getting so for me Im happy with the results and will always use this on my water for now on. Read more

Installed perfectly. Rechecked all connections. Everything is seated and rotated fully. All three of them slow leak water that is pooling up under sink. I cant believe such a premium product leaks from all three connection points. Utter failure. Avoid this product. They chose a quick release design that produced a weak link that renders the entire design a failure. Doing a full refund on this dumpster fire. Update: got an entirely new unit replacement from Amazon. The new unit leaks from the exact same place. The company contacts me with a copy paste email that is completely surprised by this problem and they act as if they've never heard of it before. This reaction leaves me with zero confidence that they can fix the problem if they can't immediately identify and recognize a such a prevalent problem. I'm doing another replacement through amazon. I'll update. Update: My third brand new replacement also leaks from the exact same places. BONUS! It leaks faster than the previous two. They company is still acting blindsided by this extremely pervasive issue. They are sending three filter housing replacement as they think the O rings are bad on my previous 3 units. I have very low hopes of this actually working. Whoever decided to introduce a weak link in the form a quick release function has utterly failed as a designer. Why do you need quick release on something you change out every 1-2 years? Why risk the leaks with such a needless design feature? These questions and more are ignored when I bring them up the company. They still insist this is just a freak occurrence, three times inna row. Being up front with product issues will give customers confidence. This company plays dumb and calls that customer support. Disgusting. Update: They sent me three filter housing to replace the three on my 3rd unit. Not really surprised, they all leak in the same exact spot. I changed units and I have changed filter housings. I double checked all my connections to make sure water is not trailing down to that area. Frizzlife failed me for the 4th time. Such a horrible product and the company continues to be evasive and lacks transparency on this pervasive product issue. Such premium product has such low quality control and design? It baffles me.
