I'm a massage therapist, another therapist told me about the heated eye mask, so I tryed one. I have very sentive eyes & allergies. I liked the feeling of the eye mask, very soft & not binding to the eyes. The ear hoops are stretchy enough where you get a good fit. The heat from the mask is purfect...just the right temp. and last up to 30 to 40 minutes. My eyes felt refreshed. I also had tryed some with my clients, they all loved them. Works well, easy to use, I got the unsented ones for now, but they do have lavender too. Will try those later. Good product!! Read more

These are great, so soothing and convenient. Very soothing great for dry eyes and I feel they help my sinuses. Great for for home and travel and even during flights. Stay warm but not too warm. So much easier than reheating microwave eye mask. Clean and stay on face with ear loops. Also very comfortable! So glad I discovered them. I have sensitive eye and no irritation at all! Read more

I use these every night! They are so effective at easing tired, dry eyes. The darker blue exterior is helpful when you don’t want any light to filter through. The size is perfect. Not so wide that it falls off and not so small that it doesn't cover your entire eye area. I’d say the overall quality is good. I took away 1 star only because the ear straps tend to tear throughout the night. I’ve had others that hold up for longer periods of time. But this is a very minor complaint considering they’re disposable. Read more

READ ME FIRST! OK people, here are some tips to get the most out of these disposable self-heating eye masks. First of all if you are clueless, directions: 1. Open the individual packaging. 2. Place the mask over closed eyes. 3. Wait for the mask to heat up, providing a soothing and relaxing effect. TIPS: If you want moist heat, you are going to have to add moistness. I give the inside of the mask 2 spritzes with facial rosewater spray. You could just sprinkle a few drops of water. These are self-heating. Do not microwave. Geesh! Just like the hand warmer and toe warmer packets for winter, they will heat up on their own. Carefully separate the ends and slightly pull open the ear holes. I stretch them out pretty good but be gentle this is paper it will tear. If you have a regular satin or other type sleep mask, ADD IT OVER TOP. This will really help in pressing your mask closer to your eyes and help it say on better. You can get one here for under $5. I promise it will make a big difference. ADVANCED TIP: If you have a stuffy nose or seasonal allergies I have found it helpful to carefully cut the center (the middle) above and below the natural slit to allow more movement of each side so the pressure on your sinuses can be adjusted. Again - Be careful not to cut all the way through. Bottom Line - think people, the only "steam" you are going to get is the sweat from your eyes due to the heat. If you want moistness you need to add it! Even though I have an electric heated eye mask, I find these more convenient and hygienic when using spray for moist heat. Read more

These are amazing to use for relaxation. They warm up on your eyes and have a lite lavender scent. They slowly heat up to a warm degree and then slowly cool back down. You get about 15 minutes or so of good warmth. I highly recommend. Read more

I suffer from dry eye and have to use moist heat packs to unclose the pores in my eyelids. I have previously used a reusable mask, but it became rather dirty after a year's use so I decided to try this disposable masks. I purchased unscented, and they are- merely a slight antiseptic smell is present. They do however require minor modification if you have and amount of bridge to your nose as the nose cut is far too small- more than acceptable for the typical asian flatter nose, but I suggest using a pair of scissors and extending the nose cut another inch and the top cut about 1/2 inch. This allows the eye patches to actually rest on the eyelids and perform better. Overall, for disposable steam masks, they perform well enough and are inexpensive. You also don't need to worry about contamination since they are one and done. Read more

A great help as my last act before bed, 29 minutes after I use the Purelid eye wash pads to cleanse my lashes. Keeps my eyes moist all night, eliminating the need for eye drops. Also shuts out ambient light, which helps with sleep. I do recommend following the directions as per package instructions. I am wary of modifying the use of the product with added pressure or added moisture, as some have suggested. I tried that and was rewarded with puffy eyes in the morning. So I use as is, no extra moisture, no extra pressure, and wait 20 minutes before or after drops. I find the steam moisture and heat the product generates to be quite enough to keep my eyes moistened and comfortable. I do keep it on all night, I hope that is okay as once it is removed, my eyes do begin to dry out. The cool thing is that for me, with overnight use, although the heat gradually leaves, the moisture remains until morning so I don't need eye drops anymore, just the eyelid cleansing pads. I love the scent-free. Synthetic scents have neurotoxins. If you like scents, add a few drops of lavender essential oil to your pillow. It induces sleep. But just a FEW drops. Read more

I took a chance on these after seeing a more expensive brand advertised. These were 1/3 the price of the others and I don’t have a comparison but can say I really love these. They heat up well and last for a very long time. I’ve started putting one on at bedtime and just go to sleep with it. Is very relaxing and I highly recommend! Read more
