I have absolutely loved this vest. It is very comfortable. The weight is evenly distributed. The material is sturdy but very soft and comfortable. It is a good price considering the ease of use and the material used. It’s easily adjustable. The weights are easily added or removed. No foul odors when I received it. This best works as intended. The best is South weighs 11 pounds. There are six 1.5 weights that can be added to the vest to adjust the weight from 11 up to 20 pounds. The vest hangs just above my stomach I. The front. I wish it were a bit longer so that it lays on my stomach and lower back. But it still works my ab and back muscles. Love the adjustability and functionality of this vest, and with the way it’s weighted it makes me stand up straight with shoulders back when I walk. It has helped my posture and strengthening of postural muscle. I can add and remove weight based on what I’m doing and how I feel or if I’m gaining or losing weight myself. However, like others say, it does have a strong smell. I am very sensitive to smells and still use it daily. I primarily use it outdoors so it isn’t bothersome. The smell does transfer to clothing during a walk and after several weeks I still smell it when I put it on and take it off every day. The smell is the reason it gets 4 stars. I had been on the hunt for a weighted vest for a while and this one seemed to fit what I was looking for. I like that I can adjust the weight of the vest. It is comfortable and easy to get on and off. It was a great price point which appreciated very much. My legs feel much stronger even after only a month of wearing the vest. So far so good. Love the reflective strips and the pockets for phones, keys, etc. and so far believe the quality is on-point. I bought one to try it out for comfort and quality and love that it can be adjusted to fit a variety shapes and sizes. I am 5' even and small framed. My partner (5'3" and thicker frame, more muscular) ended up buying a 2nd one after we knew we liked the quality . We have been on a few walks and so far it does not become loose (these must be tight so that they don't rub and so that you're body (neck, spine, etc) doesn't have to adjust to movements of the vest while walking. We will both start out with no weight for at least a month as it is recommended to adjust very slowly to the added weight and we are in our mid-to-late 50's.
