Not much difference in resistance between bands
Normally I am a big fan of Gaiam, but there is very little difference between the resistance of these three bands. They really aren’t useful if you need to move between light, medium, and heavy. Positives are that the colors are pretty pastels, and they look sturdy and well made. Read more
