If I could, i’d give this blender a zero star review. I just spent the last hour trying to get it to work, my first use out of the box. I made a mess in my kitchen because the bottom and screws which sounds like it would be ideal for cleaning but if you twist it the wrong way it makes a mess. I tried the blender in different outlets around my apartment, and I checked all the outlets with different appliances, which all worked. All in all this blender did not work and has not worked. It cost more to ship it back for a refund or a replacement so this is just a lost cause on my end. Extremely disappointing please please please Skip purchasing this blender. Read more

For a basic blender you get exactly that. If you're looking to use this for smoothies but don't mind them being properly mixed/blended with small fruit pieces present then this will work for you. This blender is 700 watts which means whatever foods you try to thoroughly blend into a nice liquid consistency won't blend without really small "chunks". I would say this blender is best for making chunky salsa, grinding (ice, coffee), any small tasks that don't require repeated blending. It does a decent job grinding ice but I wouldn't feel comfortable with blending the ice multiple times back to back. The power behind the blender doesn't feel sufficient and could accidentally damage the blender. I like the 52oz glass pitcher although it is on the small side versus my 74oz Ninja pitcher but it's easy to clean. For a basic blender I would say that it does what it needs to but if you want this product to last, I would avoid blending anything that would require a higher power or multiple back to back blends on the highest speed (such as ice or hard dry ingredients). I hate that I had to give this only a 2.5-3 star rating 😩 this blender is glass which is wonderful, it stands out from being plastic, this way you get no stains, or lingering odor, and most importantly makes it easy to clean. The base is small, easy to store takes up very little space. So far I’ve noticed the blender isn’t very strong/powerful😩 I’ve used it to blend simple herbs and spices like thyme, scallions, chopped ginger, chopped onions and garlic. The blender was able to handle the task as it’s only simple soft easy to chop/blend ingredients. ✅ However, for heavier jobs, smoothies, ice, chopped fruits etc, the blender and motor struggled, it’s just not a powerful machine for tougher jobs. 😒 The blender’s noise level is just as pound as your average blender, the size is perfect, buttons are easy to operate. I would ONLY, recommend this blender for small simple usages, it is just not built for heavy duty blending. Not one of my favs but decent enough to get small soft ingredients blended. 😒 Read more

Both blenders I received didn't work. Then I have to find a UPS store to return them. Went to UPS at staples just as the representative told me and they said it's that location. I was late for work and forget them in an Uber vehicle.. sucks Read more
