Easy to use and change colors. Not too bright and not too dim! I use this in my bathroom so I can find it at night. The light spreads into the room so I don't have to turn on lights and mess with my sleepy stage where I just wanna go back to sleep. The price was amazing for the product that I received. The light isn't too big so I can still plug in other things into the outlet. Looks great as well very simple and at night the colored light fills the room quite nicely. Read more
I've had this plugged in for just about a week now, wanted to watch it do it's thing a few days before giving my opinion. When plugged in for the first time it went straight to rotating color mode, which worked for me because I was going to try that setting out first anyway. This is for my hallway so I can see any movement with some back lighting. I like the rotating setting because (in my head anyway) it looks like you are just keeping a soft light and if laying awake can be relaxed by the slow but steady flow of the colors. The only color I don't love for the hallway lights intended purpose is the red, it is a bit too dark, but all the other colors are perfect. I replaced an old one that was crazy bright and had to go in the hallway or it felt like you had a light on in the bedroom. It started going bad after 5 years (not bad) and I thought this would be a good replacement. And so far I really like it. My hallway is really dark, and dark flooring doesn't help, causing the sensor to always think it's dark unless the hallway light is on, so it runs most of the day and night. After a week of being pretty much continuously running it is not even slightly warm to the touch, a very good thing. The lights are bright enough for my needs/wants (except the red) but soft enough that it would work great in a kids room and not be so bright it kept them up or woke them up if they rolled over and the light caught their eye. Would also make for some nice ambiance in an adults room, or living room, but I'd probably only plug it in when I wanted that (for rotating colors), not leave it on all the time, but that's just me. I am really happy with this light overall and would purchase again or recommend to friends and family. Read more

Nothing fancy, but still very nice. The lights are full and bright. Easy to operate and a nice clean look to them. The GE brand gives me a little piece of mind for longevity. 2 for 10 bucks was a solid price too. Put one in my main bathroom, and another near a little nook. Lights the areas up very well. Read more

This wall outlet color-chasing night light has been a great little addition to my child’s room. The soft glow is just enough to comfort my 6-year-old without being too bright or distracting. I really like that it plugs directly into the wall—no wires, no batteries, and it’s compact enough that it doesn’t block the second outlet. The motion detection worked fine. It automatically turns on when the lights go out, which is super convenient. The color-changing feature is a hit, but one word of advice: have a quick talk with your child about not pulling on it or trying to change the color themselves—it’s still plugged into the wall, after all, and safety comes first.
