This review is for the following item: GE Digital Body Weight Scale: Bmi Scales Accurate with App for People, 500 Lb Capacity Weight Scale Very easy to use scale. You can download the app Fit Profile if you want more in depth information besides just your weight. But the scale does accurately display your weight without using the app. The scale uses 3 AAA batteries that are included in the box. When you first install the batteries and set the scale down, it will show that it is calibrating. Within a few seconds it is ready to go. I found the scale to be accurate in comparing it to my other scale. I also added hand weights when I was testing the scale and found it to be accurate with my weight and then the additional weights added. It is a nice looking scale and easy to use. I am very happy with it and do recommend it if you are looking for a scale that is easy to use and understand. Read more

This came very nicely packaged! It has an App which connected to the scale so my weight and BMI is recorded automatically in the App! I’m a little overweight but little by little it’s coming down. This will be a nice tool to keep track of my progress! I like the automatic BMI calculation because it not only shows my weight loss progress it also shows my fat loss progress as well! My other scale didn’t have this feature but I also weighed slightly less on it but less than a pound difference. I will most likely transition to only using this one I just need to get over the slight difference. I got a black glass one and the red numerals look really nice and bright! I checked it against my other digital scale and they came out the same. 2. There's an app to measure BMI and keep track of your weight, or you can use your phone's built-in health app to. All are options. I just use it as a scale. Works fine like that. 3. It takes 3 AAA batteries, which are included. This is a great scale not only do I use it but my wife does as well. I also had a need to weigh a few items of mine like a backpack to see where I was at when mountaineering. This scale is very sleek with a low profile it’s simplistic, it seems to be very durable and is a good fit for our bathroom on the tile. I don’t know much about scales, but I will say this one works incredibly well and looks good and I like the low profile nature of it. Read more
