The box arrived with a huge dent pictured above but the lights seemed to be ok and are bright as heck, also pictured. Our kitchen has those flood lights that are kinda sunk into the ceiling. The ones that came with the house were Sylvania LED 9 BR30 bulbs and have a yellow tint. Do yourself a favor buy these. Not only will they brighten a room but they will also brighten your life. These are awesome lights if they survive the shipping. I received three boxes of lights (2 lights in each box). The boxes were taped together and a shipping label was slapped on them. No external packaging whatsoever! Fortunately none of them were broken. They really do light up a room as any "Daylight" lights tend to do. No more of that yellowish cast from warm white. Can't beat the price and GE quality lasts a long time. I look forward to getting good use from them. Read more
The lights make it easy for all lights to match because they come in various wattages and Lumens. The lighting color is always the same but you can make a room less bright by dropping down the wattage. They are also durable. I have high ceilings and have tune a pole to put them in. They do not break if they fall. Read more

I found these box of six bulbs at the big box stores for approx. $35 and when I seen them here on Amazon for $15 cheaper, to me, that was a no brainer. I am glad I purchased because they are much brighter in my kitchen than the 6 incandescent bulbs that I replaced....like noticeably brighter. I am thinking of putting a dimmer in my kitchen now although I have other lights in my kitchen that are less bright. The fact that I will be saving money with the LED is also a nice bonus. I have no regrets getting these bulbs. Read more
