This is a very comfortable cushion, no doubt about it. I watched a video from a guy comparing it to purple, very well done, in depth and convinced me to try this one. It is large and, as previously stated, very comfy. Unfortunately, the way I sit defeats the cushion. Weighing in at 285, bad back, and bad knees. I have a really nice dual motor office chair (Kinnls Freya, bought on Amazon) and a very comfy lumbar support pillow (kasny, from Amazon), just needed some more cushioning for my bottom. This one was just about perfect. Only problem was the way I sit. I push my butt all the way to the back of the chair, to get the full support from the lumbar cushion. Doing this drops my butt between this new cushion and the chair back, making me push the lumbar cushion too far down to fill in the space and keep my butt level(ish). This results in not having enough back support higher up and and uncomfortable position. So, in effect, comfy chair, comfy cushion, comfy back support, uncomfortable time in the chair. Pretty unfair. If you don't need to sit all the way back, like I do, you will probably really enjoy this cushion. I will move it to another chair that I don't sit in for long periods of time and have no need of lumbar support. UPDATE: Tried a couple of other cushions and finally found a really great pairing. Using this cushion for the seat and "QUTOOL Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair,Office Home Essentials,Back Support Pillow for Car, Chair Cushions,Back Pain Relief Improve Posture,Mesh Cover Double Adjustable Straps" for the back. Was thinking I may have to velcro them together to keep from falling in, but nope, the straps on the lumbar pillow, which goes a bit higher than mid-back, keeps it in place tight on the seat cushion. This is an incredible product. Didn't realize that sitting down on an office chair could feel so comfortable. The hexagonal texture feels a bit weird at first and took me a little bit of getting used to, but it works extremely well for relief of spine and hip pressure. I use it for working and sitting at a computer desk. I am in shock at how ergonomically comfortable this is. Everything about this product is very well designed. When i first sat down I thought it a bit to firm but it truly wasn't. After sitting for long period of time I realized how comfortable it was. Just remove it a moment and sit in recliner without and you will be reaching to put it back under you. Read more

It works OK. I feel like it does help cushion my weight on my chair for a long period of time however, I can't say I find the design fully comfortable. It definitely gets annoying to sit on after a while and I feel like I have to stand up. It doesn't OK job at heat dissipation and I don't feel too terribly sticky although again, I do feel like I need to stay up after a while because it does feel like I'm sitting on the rubbery material even though it's encased. I would say it hold the shape OK but then again I am on the heavier side, so maybe your mileage will Berry. Compared to the purple, which I have not tested, I think it's a better value for the money based upon what it is, but cannot make a direct comparison on which is more comfortable. Read more
Very effective to save your tailbone & butt. Worth the money. I slip a regular pillowcase over mine & use it in my bed. You can take it anywhere, use it on a chair, in the car. Read more
This is just as good as the purple chair pads for a fraction of the price. I bought the purple royal pad for over $100 and this blue one basically identical in feel. I'll report back if it doesnt hold up but so far Im very impressed for the price. Read more
I have spinal issues, rods and screws from the neck down. This seat helps a lot. If the seat has a cushion this works as a back rest. Read more
