I absolutely love this ice pack so much, I bought a spare one. It not only got me through radiation, but it got me through surgery complications. It's soft, keeps it's shape with the gel inside, cools quickly, and it keeps it's coolness for hours. It can also be microwaved to convert to a hot pack. This is a MUST HAVE item in every household.. My husband and I have bought these three times now! These ice packs get colder than any other we’ve tried My husband ices his back every night with one of these. He puts one in his suitcase when we travel, which is the reason for one of our purchases because he left one in an Airbnb freezer. Like I said, they get very cold. Arctic cold. Frost bite cold. We recently purchased another set after I had hand surgery and it was good to rotate them in and out of the freezer. The size is perfect. It covers my husband’s mid to lower back when he lies on it.
