I got these pans a few of them actually and I love them. They are scratch resistant. I’ve had one for quite a while. The bottom does get stained after a while. I haven’t quite figured out how to get some of that off but overall, I absolutely love the pants so much that I bought several more and will keep purchasing to replace some of the ratty pans that I have. Very easy to clean the door very nice quality. I haven’t had any issues with putting them in the dishwasher although I prefer to hand clean them because they’re so easy to do. I now use them almost every day as a stable they come in various sizes I have gotten several. I actually just got the grill pan as well and I love it. Does leave decent grill marks and also easy to clean. I love the white. I haven’t found anything that I don’t like about them as of yet I highly recommend them. Read more

What a great covered frying pan this is. It’s the perfect size for most portions of just about anything. It’s nicely packaged and has a great fit and finish. The heat resistant wooden handle attaches perfectly and easily with a good quality locking Phillips screw. It even comes with a screwdriver, making assembly a breeze. The pan itself is beautifully finished with a super smooth finish that nothing seems to stick to. I’ve sautéed onions and garlic, cooked a variety of veggies, and even made a scramble all of which came out just perfect. If you like flipping your food over a fire like a professional chef does, than this is a great pan for you. I’m flipping my food better than ever now. It feels great in my hand and has clearly helped me kick up my culinary skills a notch or two. Because it’s PFOA Free I feel a lot more confident that I’m not introducing any toxins while preparing a nice meal. The instructions indicate that this should not go in a dishwasher, but trust me when I tell you that cleanup simply could not be any easier. Just a dab of dish soap, a soft sponge, and some hot water, and this pan is sparkling clean and ready to go immediately. Just like any other nonstick cooking surface I’ve used, the instructions indicate that only non-metallic cooking implements should be used with this pan. For me, this means either wood or silicone because I think these are the safest materials to use in the kitchen. If you’re getting the feeling that, I really like this, pan it’s because I do. In fact, I like it so much that I’ve already ordered a second one in a different size. If I could, I would give it more than five stars. I bought this skillet as a replacement for a Teflon pan I had that was old and not performing well anymore. I didn’t want to spend a lot $$ and being I’m a bargain hunter, this pan fit the bill. Unfortunately I ordered one without a lid as I thought the lid I had would suffice. I was wrong. (So, later, I did order a lid) The pan itself has a good weight to it (Let me add here that I had previously purchased the deep skillet of the same brand and loved it so much I came back for another) The lid I ordered fits the pan perfectly. It’s a solid fit that doesn’t slide around. You have to attach the handle due to saving space in shipping. It’s easy to do and they include a decent screwdriver for you to use. **NOTE: I’ve seen many reviews giving the company a one or two star review because of the pan burning: 🔺**IT IS NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION TO USE MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT ONLY!**🔺 This prevents the pan from burning. I am conscious of this and have had no issues. I usually use this for cooking ground beef, eggs or bacon. I utilize bacon grease, lard or butter to cook in and have zero issues. The pan cooks evenly and I haven’t had any issues with sticking or discoloration. I do hand wash the pan right after use (I rinse it after use while the pan is still warm: not hot. Very little dish detergent or none at all) I wipe the pan dry and being the type of food I cook, there usually is a coating of grease/oil left. THIS IS A MUST! (Sometimes I add a bit more oil to make all surfaces are coated in a thin layer) It even says on the description to keep the pan coated in a thin layer of grease/oil. TREAT IT LIKE YOU WOULD A CAST IRON PAN! This helps keep the pan stick free. I set it aside to air dry before I put it away. Same as I would all my cast iron cookware. I love the pan and if I need another, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this brand again. Will it last? I don’t know that yet, but I am expecting it to last many years. I am not in the habit of buying new cookware every few years. I still have my grandmothers cast iron pan that’s over 110 years old and find comfort in knowing so many generations of my family have lovingly cooked nutritious food for the family. It’s one way to feel close to family even though we’re miles/years/generations apart. I would highly recommend this pan/brand for all your cooking needs.
