If you want water to be crystal clear, free from any contaminants, & simply wet, you should definitely use filters from GLACIERFRESH. Now, changing the refrigerator filter will vary from models & brands, so please check your owners manual for the correct filter size. It could be as simple as popping off the cover, twisting the old one off, & turning the new one on. How often depends on your fridge. I have a subscription and swap out old for new every 6 months.
