These are the best knives. Hands down. They cleanly and easily slice through tomatoes, raw meat, etc and make cooking a joy again! We registered for a set of high end Wustoff knives that quickly dulled (despite sharpening and honing) and have replaced them all with these Global knives! Knife edge has chips, scratches from using the knife sharpener, and has developed rust spots. Been using this for the last couple years amongst other knives that I’ve had for over a decade—none of which have these issues. Probably not the best quality and hardiness of steel. Read more
