This steamer has a lot of power and it’s compact and easy to use. I mostly use it when it’s time for a deep clean of my parrot cages. I do daily regular cleanings and about once a month, my hubby will take the birds out of the room and I do a deep thorough sanitization with this steamer. this little steamer is very portable and easy to use. At the first time use，I was trying to add more water however，I realized that the high temperature cause the fill cap is not opening. waited about 20mins or so，the cap was open. I recently bought another brand steam cleaner and realized the design and quality was not good. I had trouble with the trigger being too hard to use and tipping the unit during cleaning caused it to spray water instead of steam. This steamer is compact but don’t let that fool you. It works surprisingly well! The cord and hose are long enough and the attachments seem solid. The steam is more powerful than I imagined. I like that once its heated and has pressure the cap won’t spin off until it’s cooled again! Worth the price! Read more
Seemed like a great little portable product that would be easy to use but I was very unhappy with the results or lack thereof... It really didn't do anything in terms of cleaning. Great steam pressure with no real results. The instructions were very vague and I don't usually read all the instructions but I hoped it would tell me how to make it work better! The most disappointing thing however was that I bought it to clean some area rugs and pet stains but it didn't come with any type of scrub brush bigger than a quarter! And 2 baby microfiber towels which could be used for one spot if I was lucky. Not worth the money. Read more
