This just arrived today. I was so keen to try it out, I've already refilled it 3 times. The main goal of making this purchase was to get in all the nooks and crannies of my windows/window frames in order to give them a deep clean. It does that wonderfully! And as an added bonus, it works fantastically on helping to clean the grout lines of my tiled floors. I'm so excited by this as I've been searching for the best way to clean my floor grout lines for ages. I've tried the brushes you attach to a power drill, all sorts of cleaning concoctions and various other scrubbing tools (wire wool is good but messy). Who knew steam and a little bit of elbow grease (have used both the brush attachment and a toothbrush - both work well) would be the answer?! No toxic chemicals and minimal effort. I went over each line with the steam and brush twice, then wiped away the grime! See before and after photos with this review. I can already see this is going to be a well-used machine in my house. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars at this stage is that the initial steam release (first 30secs or so) after each refill is quite wet - equal parts steam and hot water. This can be quite useful but was unexpected so could also be quite dangerous. I was very careful to not overfill based on the instructions. But will try less water on the next refill to see if that makes a difference. After the initial wetness, it's all steam!!! Also, when you refill immediately after use, be careful not to touch the metal screw of the safety cap. It gets very hot (shouldn't be a surprise, I know). And be sure to tighten the safety cap sufficiently each time. Not easy to know when it's tight enough. So far I'm thrilled with this steamer. And have only tried a few of the many attachments! Worth every penny! Only cons are the cord being short and the water tank could be bigger. But this steamer is amazing I clean with it everyday! It also was amazing for my vacation I got to sanitize the room & steam my clothes love this little steamer! Read more
If you don’t know how to use just look up a video real quick but watch to whole thing because it can be tricky and you don’t want to break it. Works amazing love it Read more
Worked great for awhile. But the heat can destroy the wiring and lime builds up too frequently and can clogged and permanently damaged the switch. Read more
