For the price this thing is great!!! It is so easy to use, and it get all the grossness off of anything. It’s very powerful, has pretty good pressure; I did notice here and there it would loose pressure for a second but it picked right back up. It does have a smell while cleaning but again it could just be the smell of the dirt you’re clearing. The only down fall is its portability, though it is small and compact and the cord is very long, I did notice that it has a tendency to fall forward while using the hose attachment. I also wish the water container was a bit larger so there isn’t a constant refill. Over all amazing and works amazing. Read more

I wanted to like this thing. And i still do for the first 5 minutes. But who the hell realizes it gets too hot to hold and decides "eh throw a cheap oven mitt in the box" and i mean cheap. It does nothing to protect you. And this thing leaks. Bad. I cant set it down with water in it for more than a minute or i have a steaming puddle of water. And the mop pad is crap.
