I've used other vertical mice for 10-15 years, but they were _too_ vertical. The semi-vertical angle on this mouse is much more comfortable for me. The flange is very helpful too, since it makes it more natural to move the mouse with my _arm_ instead of my _wrist_. I accidentally knocked it off my desk after having it for 3 months, and it stopped working. That was my fault, but I also think such an expensive mouse should stand up to a few normal accidents. I emailed their support, and they gave me a Repair Number. I'm mailing the broken mouse to them, and they're going to repair and return it. I'm very happy with the mouse itself, and the support. I've had two of these now. One was given to me at work and when that one died within four months, it was just quicker to buy another on my own. I figured the first one could have just had a glitch. Apparently, this is just how they're made. The second one only lasted for four months. I really liked the support it gave my hand and wrist but will look for something that lasts. Read more

Love this mouse. It helped relieve a pain I was feeling in the bottom of my wrist and helps train me to use my whole arm instead of my wrist for mousing. Responsiveness and accuracy doesn't compare to the MX Revolution mouse I was using directly before this, but the lack of pain is worth it. Read more

The mouse is designed to have your thumb pointing up. It is more comfortable than the normal design. The mouse has a removable plastic attachment to rest you wrist. Unfortunately the mouse drags and slows down your movement. I find it a bit difficult to get the cursor on the exact spot. I removed the wrist rest and it is a bit better but still drags some. Overall, I will keep it. It does help with my wrist pain. Read more

The shape of this mouse will fix all your ergonomic woes, but I had to stop using it after about a month b/c it will not maintain power. It goes in and out and is massively frustrating. Also, the mouse takes batteries (woah, very old school) and connects via USB dongle. These are both workable, but would be better if battery were rechargeable and no dongle needed. I stopped using b/c of the connectivity issues and just can't go back. Read more

I’ve had this mouse for about 2 years. I have one at my office that works great. This one I purchase on Amazon to use at home has a scroll wheel that jumps, is not smooth and slows me down a lot. I ended up buying the Logitech mouse of a similar style which is good. Disappointed in the quality of good touch. Read more
