One of the DVD players stopped working after about 2 months of using it, not sure what happened. It went to a black screen saying, "no signal" and the DVD would not spin when you closed it. I messaged the company and without hesitation they sent me two brand new ones. Was not expecting that. The customer service was honestly so pleasant. No questions but my address to send me a new one. Definitely 5 stars just for that. I love the fact that they stay charged and you can even use them inside the house, they have a stand on the back to give you the option to prop it up if your kiddos want to watch it on the counter, table or wherever. Update: They are horrible to deal with, it freezes all the time, I have to restart it several times to just have the dvd play alittle bit. It also will will not go down the menu, it gets stuck! Extremely frustrating! It's a junk item. Bought FOUR of these players. Intended to be used for dvds in home schooling. They are giving us issues, all four of them. In the beginning I thought it was the dvds, but soon learned that these players are at fault. Everyday we struggle with the players not playing the dvds, one player would play it and another would not, we need to use these everyday and it becomes a huge frustration for us to keep using them. These work more or less as advertised. They do have a working HDMI input that you can connect a roku or Nintendo Switch to. The one issue I ran into is that they can't share an HDMI input. The advertised feature where they can mirror the same input only works on DVDs. The HDMI doesn't. I ended up having to get an external HDMI SPLITTER to make it work. Read more

I bought these for my kids for Christmas and leave them in my car 90% of the time and RARELY change the movies well I noticed just recently that they weren’t closing all the way and turns out one of the prongs broke in both of them so it didn’t latch anymore and I had to start turning them off and back on again to get them to read the movie they still work just a hassle with two screaming kids who want their movies on. I reached out to the company with my issues and they are sending me two new players. They are super easy to install in the car as well. The battery life isn’t the greatest you get maybe 2 movies out of the battery before it needs to be charged but that’s okay for us because they stay on the charger in the car anyway. Picture quality is amazing and so is the sound. I love that one remote can control both players. I haven’t tried the hdmi on them but I did use the screen mirroring as both kids wanted to watch the same movie and it worked great! Read more
