What a great find. We used this pan in the oven and more importantly used on the grill to cook outdoors without heating the house up. I had no idea how well this pan works. Cooked a spatchcock chicken first time and was marinated just add a little stock in the hour it cooks, and nothing sticks so clean up is effortless. a bonus for cooking veg like asparagus red pepper mushroom the pan gets so hot and conducts heat so well 3 minutes each side and done! I love GreenPans! I’ve been using GreenPans in my home for a couple years now and love how they promote a clean non toxic home and cooking environment. I also think they are actually the best pan out there that is a “clean” pan. They are great to cook with and are very non stick, easy to clean, it’s so nice to be able to put them in the dishwasher every once in awhile when I don’t feel like hand washing them. I love that they don’t stretch. My only complaint is that the edges can get a little dinged up. I am very excited to keep using the grilling pan more and more. Read more

I love the GreenPan ceramic coating. It is non-stick and healthy. With the Paris line, I don't have to worry about using high heat. The only difficulty with this wok is its weight. It is too heavy to flip the contents (I have always enjoyed tossing food - it makes me feel like a pro). Even lifting the pan to pour contents puts a significant strain on my wrist (and I am not weak-wristed). However, the quality is great. It is very easy to clean, as with everything in the Paris GreenPan line. So if you don't feel compelled to flip your food to add drama to the kitchen, you should enjoy this wok. Read more

I love these pans. They last a good long time, do not overheat them, don't immerse into cold water right off the hot stove, try not to use metal utensils. Follow those two tips and it might last 10 years. If it does have stains that won't come off I use ceramic stove top cleanser or barkeepers in a pinch. Always works. I overheated one pan tears ago leaving it empty on med-high heat for too long and though it looked okay, it lost all non-stick. Lesson learned. All my others are still amazing. Read more

We love this pan. It is light and can go from stove to oven to dishwasher (hand wash is recommended, but when we need to clean a lot of dishes it "can" go into the dishwasher). I also like the 2 handles which take less space on the stovetop and there is less risk of getting caught on a long handle when there are a few pans on the stove. Read more
