GREAT PAN!
MY OVERVIEW: A little pricey, but imo well worth it. Compared to what we had before, it works fantastic on our induction cook top. It heats evenly, so far no warping, and is easy to clean. One thing to keep in mind is this pan is HEAVY. Without the "helper" handle, I would have a very difficult time lifting it off my burner. Speaking of handles; both the pan handle and helper handle stay within a temp that didn't require me to use a pot holder, however the lid handle became a bit hot and I did have to use a pot holder to remove it. Neither the weight nor the hot lid handle is a deal breaker for me, though. My husband and I love this pan! PROS: Durable, non-stick, easy clean-up, heats evenly, no warping, works great on our induction cook top and in our oven.
