MY OVERVIEW: A little pricey, but imo well worth it. Compared to what we had before, it works fantastic on our induction cook top. It heats evenly, so far no warping, and is easy to clean. One thing to keep in mind is this pan is HEAVY. Without the "helper" handle, I would have a very difficult time lifting it off my burner. Speaking of handles; both the pan handle and helper handle stay within a temp that didn't require me to use a pot holder, however the lid handle became a bit hot and I did have to use a pot holder to remove it. Neither the weight nor the hot lid handle is a deal breaker for me, though. My husband and I love this pan! PROS: Durable, non-stick, easy clean-up, heats evenly, no warping, works great on our induction cook top and in our oven. Love the huge cooking capacity. Seems to cook evenly. It's not too heavy. Nothing sticks to it. In fact, this pan works so good that I ended up replacing 2 Teflon coated pans with this one. Cleanup is so much easier. The quality is far superior to any other pan I own. Splurge a little extra money to make cooking and cleaning more enjoyable. Read more

I love this pan! I cooked blackened chicken in it and it all cleaned off with the water spray! Great for sauteing veggies, etc.. The size is just right. Expensive, but so far it's been worth it! Read more

Love this pot. So easy to cook in it. Fits a large amount of food. A breeze to clean. Heats really fast so keep that temperature low. I taped the I instructions on the counter until I got used to not cooking on high. Don’t burn my food anymore though.😉 Read more

Do not buy this pan! I had this pan less than a year and it doesn’t hold up. Everything will stick to the surface within months of using it even after following their care instructions and cooking usage. I contacted them to see if they would replace a defective pan they say will last and they refused and didn’t care about my concerns or try to make it right.
