Our 10+ year old non-stick pans were loosing their coating. We bought these pans AND the glass lids AND Pot and Pan Protectors. These are truly non-stick. We are carefully following care instructions and are confident these will last a long time. The glass lids are almost a must. We no longer have to lift a steel lid to check progress. The pans are lighter weight. At first we thought heft was a sign of quality. But moving around light pans is a relief. The pans heat quickly and evenly on our gas range. My review is not for the product but for the seller. I've had several Greenpan's in the past and they are very good quality. I recently ordered a set of pots in the Reserve series, twilight blue color. I wanted to match the pans, this seller claimed to have 8", 10" and 12" in the matching series and color. I ordered them and received the Jewel series (lower series) in multicolor - could easily have been an honest mistake. Requested a reship and return - no problem. Second set sent, and it was the same Jewel series in multicolor. Two mistakes seem hard for me to swallow, I think they're trying to send a lesser quality pan in the hopes people won't realize. Their response to me said the pans I want are not in stock, yet their link on Amazon still says they have them. Seems very fishy to me. Read more

I like these pans a lot. The only difficulty I've encountered is that it's very hard to cook egss as they slide around too much. Otherwise, I have made successful meals with this cookware. Read more

These pans are not only gorgeous looking, they are amazing in every way. The absolutely best future is the cleaning, no matter how dirty you get them during cooking, everything slides off under water alone. I love them and will definitely buy more products from this brand. Read more

I was so excited about these pans, but after the first use some of the coating on one of the pans started coming off. Also, some staining has occurred… cannot get it clean using a soft cloth and I don’t want to use a harsher cloth that would destroy the coating. Otherwise, food cooks well in these pans and we use them all the time. The directions say not to use oil, which is impossible in some of the dishes I make. And I wonder about that… oil is a basic part of cooking so if you cannot use oil on a pan what good is it?! Read more

Do not buy these pans. Compared to any other pans we’ve used our entire lives these have uneven cooking and sticking even with using oil or butter no matter the temperature. Not happy especially with how expensive these are. We have an induction cooktop and have never had issues with other pans. The one shown in the image below cannot be cleaned off no matter what product or abrasive sponge I use. We have had them for a year. Read more
