I've tried a lot of yoga matts over my lifetime but I think I have finally found the one. It is thick and comfy. It actually stay put instead of sliding around when I change positions. My knees and elbows are no longer screaming at me, there is enough cushoning without feeling like im sinking in quick sand. When unboxing it didnt have any unpleasant odors unlike some yoga matts I have possessed. Easy to clean and even came with a carrying case with straps. So thats an added plus.
