Great mat, thick and comfortable. I can dommy exercises without any discomfort on my knees and back, which is usually what bothered me using other mats before. I also love the color. The only thing is the mat carrier handle ripped after a couple of uses, but nothing that a good sew can't help. The mat itself is great! Read more
I have had so much trouble finding a decent mat for my home workouts. They are usually too thin and hurt my knees or they break apart. NOT WITH THE GRUPER MAT! I love this mat. Its narrower than other mats so its not very wide and I find that its long enough but if I stretch my legs and arms - they go beyond the mat. I am 5'1. That doesn't bother me as I use this mat primarily for exercise and it works great. it has good cushion, that when I kneel, my knees do not hurt. you can almost feel a slight bounce when jumping. Boy am I GRATEFUL AND SURPRISED at this purchase. I bought 2 different ones not knowing and wow! I barely opened the box of the other after receiving this one and said oh no! This one is thick, stable, comfortable I had to buy a second! I bought this for my grooming table for comfort for my dogs and it was so amazing I bought one for myself! Idk if I'm being too spoiled when I say I'm not satisfied or not because I'm new to yoga and don't have experience with mats. But my problem is that it doesn't unfold the way I'd like my mat to unfold, and it's a bit slippery on some poses such as the downward-facing dog. Read more
