Strong and definitely non-slip. I sweat when I work out and this mat is REALLY NON-SLIP. Didn't slip on the floor (wood) and didn't slip under me. The 4/5 stars because: - the mat itself is on the stiffer side, so not very easy to roll back to store it, but that will maybe improve with time ? - it's not soft as opposed to other more cushioned mats. It doesn't hurt my knees/wrists however, and for me personally for the trade-off between no slip vs cushioned; non slip takes priority. Read more

Love the size and thickness of this mat. It is a bit bigger when rolled than thinner mats but definitely a worthwhile trade for the comfort. The color is pretty, the design is pretty and helps you with placement of your hands and feet. It does show sweat marks after they’ve dried but they disappear when the mat is cleaned. I spray mine down with a mild vinegar/water solution, work it into the surface with my bare hands, rinse and hang it to dry. Easy to store using the elastic strap and storage bag. Bag also has a large strap, making it easy to throw over your shoulder to carry. Definitely worth the money. Read more

Love the flower design in the middle. Its super soft and thick which makes the foam super comfortable and durable. The alignment lines are really helpful since I'm a beginner, they help me stay in position and its non-slip which is a plus😊 it also comes with Yoga Poses Chart for more ideas to include in our routine.
