The Gumchuck System isn't going to be for everyone but it's working really well for the children and I. For the children and I it's time saving and easy to floss. Who it won't work for are people like my husband who have some teeth that are close together. The problem being that the floss is not waxed and it's thicker than some people can use. Having sampled and reviewed the Gumchucks my only hesitation in continuing was the price of the 'chucks'. Initially I couldn't find any free chucks and the cost of the initial set was prohibitively high. Now that Problem is Fixed. Here are 60 chucks for a good price. These ARE VERY expensive for a total of 60 replacement tips when you can buy other Gumchucks replacement tips for $8-$10 for a total of 30 tips. Problem is, all the other tips have a plastic arm attached to the floss & it hurts my gums. Don't know why they discontinued that tip? Very disappointed! Read more

My 5 year old daughter and I love the gumchucks product. I don't really care for the floss picks because she would bite on the top of the pick to push the floss between her tight little teeth. She would push the floss into the gums to hard, sometimes drawing blood. Auntie brought the gumchucks back from a dental convention, I fell in love with: 1) How my daughter loves using them, so flossing at night is not an issue. 2) My daughter is no longer drawing blood.
