My podiatrist told me to get an insole with firm arch support, so I ordered this High Arch Support option. Despite the page's Figure #5 (attached) showing that it would have FIRM arch support, the insoles (OKA-01-L) come in a box showing that they have MID arch support. Check all photos of the High Arch Support product among the reviews here. Also, why does the figure show Arch Height of the High Arch Support product as MED/HIGH? It is either MED (grey) or HIGH (black), and the box is labeled as HIGH. (The Medium Arch Support figure shows it as MED.) I am undecided about keeping or even trying the provided product and may return it, as it is apparently not of FIRM support as advertised. Read more
