Overall, I swear to buy this stuff. I've bought several cans over the years when I got my septum pierced. It was one of the first things I used that helped me keep it clean and avoid infection and swelling and it definitely helps with the healing. It works very well, even if I wind up putting it on a q-tip and cleaning it. I still do that all the time when the piercing starts to get a little funky. If I just need a quick cleanup before I have time to actually change out the jewelry, it's great too.
