Healing Ocean Sea Salt Wound Spray is a must have for all medicine cabinets. It is useful for minor kitchen cuts, a stubborn acne breakout on my chin, and as a daily refresher for a fresh ear piercing I got recently. As someone with sensitive skin that's prone to irritation from chemical-heavy products, I was drawn to this because of its short, natural ingredient list: just purified water, Red Sea salt (packed with 82 trace minerals), lysozyme (a gentle antibacterial enzyme), and sodium citrate. No alcohol, no harsh preservatives—it's vegan, hypoallergenic, and pH-balanced to mimic your body's natural salinity at 0.9%, so it doesn't sting or dry out your skin like some saline solutions do. What I Loved: Gentle and Effective Cleaning: The fine mist sprays evenly without soaking everything, making it super easy to apply on the go. For cuts and piercing, it quickly dissolves crusty buildup and debris without any burning sensation. Aft Versatility for Skin Issues: It shines for acne and irritations too. That chin spot? Sprayed it morning and night, and within a week, the inflammation was down 70% and healing cleanly without scarring. It's also great for bug bites or minor burns—feels soothing and promotes that "optimal healing environment" the brand talks about by supporting good bacteria while targeting the bad stuff. No Fuss, Travel-Friendly: The 6oz bottle is sturdy, fits in your purse or bag, and lasts forever. Plus, it's sterile and non-toxic, so don't worry about using it around eyes for irritations or even as an ear rinse. In short, if you're after a clean, ocean-powered alternative to antibiotic ointments or drying sprays, this is your holy grail. It's helpful in efforts to ditch the Neosporin habit entirely, and based on thousands of reviews from piercing pros and everyday folks, it's a game-changer for fast, fuss-free recovery. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with cuts, piercings, acne flare-ups, or just wanting a gentle daily skin refresher! Read more

Sea salt spray like this is an alternative to chemical based disinfectants. Despite being natural, expect it to burn just like the name brand, chemical based disinfectants... I mean, you are putting salt in your open wound after all. It doesn't contain alcohol, so you'd probably still want to disinfect deeper wounds with alcohol in addition to this product to be sure. Nice that it only has 4 natural ingredients as well: 2 kinds of salt, water, and aloe vera. The aloe vera is very much needed, and honestly, could use more of it mixed in imo, because I noticed this does dry out your skin fairly substantially (which some people will actually want). That overly drying is 1/2 of the 1 star I took off. The other half star is because no matter how fast you press and release the nozzle, A LOT of spray comes out. If you're going to use it to, say, dry out a pimple, you'll end up coating 3/4 of your entire face if you try to spray it on, so you'd be better off spraying some on the corner of a cloth and applying it that way. Good, clean product though, and with a few tweaks, could be darn near perfect. Read more

This item is a life saver. It helps us with wounds and for my daughter's ear piercing. It doesn't burn the skin, which is something I was concerned about-- using it on my small children. We also go to the beach often, so I like to keep it in our first-aid kit, because I don't know how many times we've been out on an adventure and someone gets hurts or gets stung by an insect. Great wound spray to keep around! Read more

I got this to clean my dog’s eyes, and it works really well. No irritation, no side effects—my dog doesn’t flinch or react at all. It’s completely painless, which is a big relief. My dog is older, so his eyes discharge more these days. While this spray doesn’t fix the underlying issue, it’s great for keeping his eyes clean quickly and safely. I’m very happy with it. It’s effective, gentle, and stress-free for both me and my dog. Read more

I’ve heard really good things about the H2Ocean brand, especially since many of the piercing studios I know carry the brand. I trust this brand when it comes to healing puncture wounds such as fresh piercing holes, so I’m happy to finally get to test it out. The canister is a decent size and I like that the liquid sprays out, so there’s no chance of it being contaminated as long as you keep the nozzle clean. Overall it’s a great product and a good one to keep in your medicine cabinet when you need a sterile way to clean any wounds. Read more

Very easy to use sea salt wound spray. Just take the cover off and spray. I love that it's natural. However I did try it on my husband's leg cut and he said it hurt really bad, so maybe it depends on the wound and persons pain tolerance. Still a handy, clean, mess free option to keep around.
