Purchased this item for my 21 year old daughter. The fabric of the item was a stretchy legging type fabric. She wore this out to the clubs and the attached shorts made it great for dancing. The waist design had a slimming effect which she loved. The length is finger tip as pictured. Of note, my daughter found the fabric does attract lint if placed in the dryer. Read more

Super cute, sexy, flattering whatever you want to call this skirt. This skirt is the bomb.com. I love how it flares out at the sides a bit and is stretchy in all the right areas. The material is legging-like. If you normally order a size up in skirts, this is the one to size DOWN for.
