I like the different heat modes and speed settings. There are times I have to get ready early morning which is cold, so I used the hot air settings and there are times when it’s in the afternoon, and I used the cool air settings. Both times were fast drying and my hair is much less frizzy, it’s also quiet which helps keep my family to stay asleep when I get ready. I’m taking this to my next travel, it is compact and light weight and easy to use. Read more
Nice dryer, but wish the first setting was a little lower. It blows a lot faster than my last dryer. I like it because it’s lightweight and easy to pack for trips. It dries hair quickly, but can be a little loud. Read more
My daughter ( 14 with long, curly, thick hair) and myself ( 35 yr old , long , wavy, thinner hair ) have both used this several times now . It works well , several speeds and heats , comes with a couple attachments too , it’s light weight and pretty quiet . I like it , works well , no complaints so far . Would recommend. Well, I did love this, but after only 2 1/2 months of use, the fan inside broke and flew hard against the casing. It was at my head and when it broke made a huge sound, and jerked hard impacting my head (obviously not so hard it hurt)...but I'm thankful nothing actually flew out, because it would have hit my face. There was also a slight burning smell when this happened. As much as I previously liked this hairdryer, now I would definitely not recommend it due to safety and lack of longevity. I'm out the money, but glad it didn't cause any actual injury. What a shame. Read more

This might not be specific to this product or company. If, you have long hair. Be careful, because your hair can get caught in the blow dryer. I have not burned my hair or gotten it stuck, but it has gotten caught and made my hair very tangled. Read more
