Loving this so far! Enjoying the single brew or single hot water at 14oz. Used the automatic brew, and woke up to the delightful aroma of full body coffee. Easy to use. The control panel takes getting used to. Keeps coffee hot for 4 hours. After that, I just turn on the switch and the plate heats up what's left in the carafe. Brew time seems normal, nothing lengthy. I put my coffee in insulated mugs so it stays hot for quite awhile. I use the single serve hot water for my matcha blend. Have yet to try the iced coffee option but it's getting into winter right now. Happy with my purchase--only have used it for a couple of weeks so can't weigh in on durability. Read more
Work great, but 2 issues, it will evaporated about a cup when brewing also the coffee ground get splash out when make more than 10 cups, and no difference between normal and bold beside takes longer for bold 😂 Read more
We love this coffee pot. Have been using the cheap coffee makers from discount stores for years and decided to just splurge and get a nice coffee maker. This one is great! We love the fact you can select bold for stronger coffee, and my husband likes that he can make his favorite coffee flavor using the single serve section. The carafe doesn't leak when pouring, and the coffee stays really hot in the carafe after brewing. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker! Read more
The carafe leaks, when you pour as cup mid brew, the touch screen is not sensitive. Bought this because I have had other Hamilton Beach products which have worked great. Should have delved done into reviews to see that others have the exact problems. Very disappointed with product. I would suggest you don't try. Reaching out to seller. Will update their response. Great machine for a great price. The bold takes a while because it drips it but boy is it good. To bold a big pot takes about 12 minutes. Very simple to use. Doing the bold setting on the single serve does cause splash back if your cup is shorter. Read more
