Feels like garbage

I ordered this steamer because my previous one broke, and my daughter loves steamed vegetables. When I opened the box, I was honestly shocked and deeply upset. The steamer arrived dirty, with visible cobwebs, and parts covered in residue and buildup. It looked like it had been used before and stored in a garage. I couldn’t even continue unpacking it properly — it was disgusting, and I’m not sure all the parts were even included. I don’t understand how something in this condition could be shipped to a customer. I am very angry, disappointed, and frustrated. This was supposed to be a replacement for daily use, especially for my toddler. I expected something clean and new, not something that feels like garbage.
