We’ve had our new blender for about a week and I already love it. My son likes to make protein shakes and we’ve used a little wand mixer and then a little $20 personal blender that actually lasted longer than expected. But I wanted something a bit heftier that we could do more with. This one is great, not too big & easy to clean. And after my teen dropped the container in the sink this morning without it shattering I knew this was a good buy. I seem to have some trouble getting the cover on just right so I just make sure to hold it on when I use it. I do wish the spout on the cover was closer to the lip but that’s my only complaint. I purchased this item seven months ago, and now the motor has stopped working. I tried to contact customer service, but there was no phone number available—only an email address for complaints. Amazon confirmed the issue as well. Despite reaching out two weeks ago, I have not received any response. The product is still under warranty, and this lack of support is unacceptable. I bought the same for my daughter and her blender lasted only 14 months. Read more

It’s okay - it’ll blend up a smoothie with ice but if you put protein powder in, the powder sticks to the sides so you have to stop it and scrape it off. I wanted an inexpensive blender with a glass jar and that’s what I got. Would I buy it again? No. Read more
