Joricy 1lb Hands Weights
The Joricy 1lb hand weights are nice and I liked the fact that you can remove the cover to wash them but I have average hands, for a woman, and I can only fit my fingers half way through the strap, making it difficult to hold on to. The stitching was irregular and I could only put 3 fingers through 1 of them. This style (not brand) was recommended to me by an occupational therapist but this is not the brand for my fingers.
