Um, this thing is PERFECT! Just as high quality and way cheaper than the Rinseworks, I’m not glad that model was out of stock so I got this one instead. Nice all metal construction. No leaks, it’s easy to control and position. Our first and possibly our last bidet for a long time! If you are a looking for a great handheld one, seriously just get it before the price raises or goes out of stock. Amazing value for the money! Read more

Bought two of these, but we have three bathrooms so I WILL be buying a third. So far I've only put one in... well I replaced the handset portion of our previous bidet sprayer with the new one as the hoses and on and off valve were recently replaced. I'll save the others for the future if we needed them. We had It those trigger gun sprayer types that work well enough, but this one looked very interesting to me and is far more functional. It works fabulously! The extension wand is great for a easier reach. The sprayer nozzle is smaller so you're undercarriage doesn't get drenched, and you get a more streamlined wash without needing a towel to dry yourself off. The wand also pivots up and down. The thumb lever on the handset makes it easy to use by being able to adjust the amount of water pressure you need with just a little thumb movement. We have very good water pressure, so you can get some serious spray when open to full spray. I would not advise to use that on your undercarriage. But it definitely works great for toilet bowl cleanup or cleaning up anything else that you would spray off into the toilet. The handset looks really nice on the side of the toilet. Definitely better than the standard trigger sprayer we have before which reminders me of old kitchen sink sprayers or RV toilet "spray the TP down the hole sprayers"... Eeeeeeew. I think it's a good value for the money. I've purchased one for our primary bathroom. Because I knew we were changing out our toilet anyway, I didn't assemble it right away. We purchased a toilet that is one of those newer streamline, easy clean, smooth sided, small tank types that sits close to the wall. I didn't realize this would make it a little more difficult to attach a spray cone to valve. Luckily I found on other people on Amazon with the same problem who purchased an extension to bring the main valve down lower so it could be turned on and off without obstruction. I first looked for those extensions in the hardware store, but, I was unable to find anything like that. It must be a more specialized part. If you have one of the toilets I'm speaking of, make sure you buy an extension for it. We haven't put ours on yet, but I did get the six inch hose, which seems to be adequate. You'll absolutely need this if you have one of these toilets. We will be purchasing another sprayer for our third bathroom. I would highly recommend this product. I can't speak yet for the ease of putting this in on a standard toilet even, obviously the other toilet is going to be a little trickier. But as I said, I only changed out that sprayer head on our other toilet, which is probably what I'll be doing on third toilet I mentioned. They're fairly new hoses on those so there's no sense in putting a new hose on. Will reserve those if needed. When we put in the other sprayers, which are just like these, the standard toilet was easy enough to install it with. Adjust in case, I suggest always remembering to turn off that valve when not in use. As we have had hoses explode because of our water pressure. We've even put in water sensors that we purchased on Amazon from the brand Govee and it will notify you by your phone app and email if there should be a leak. Would highly recommend this product! The first time ours blew out, we were asleep and it flooded a huge portion of our house. Govee has a lot of other products that work from that same app and we've loved having it. Anyhow, other than an extension, for the other streamline toilet, the kit seems to come with everything that you'll need with maybe the exception of thread tape. It even has a little plastic type wrench to help you with your hand tightening of the hoses. It was nicely packaged. Honestly, this would make a great gift for somebody! Everybody who comes to our house, especially those who are guests and staying longer, are very appreciative of the sprayer! Nothing like being a guest in somebody's house and trying to figure out how to spray off the skid marks! Lol! I will never have a toilet without a day sprayer... And I don't mean those toilet seat bidet sprayers that just kind of is yuck to me! And it doesn't do anything to keep your toilet clean. It's single purpose and they don't last very long from what I understand from a friend who has bought several. I'm telling you this is the tool you need for every toilet in your house! Update: I have updated all the toilets. I did get an extension for the new toilet that hugs the wall but perhaps should have gotten a shorter extension. My husband s hands are larger than mine and he does not want to reach and search for the valve shut off , so we will be going it some thought to add on some sort of maybe L extension. Also, the kit comes with a red flow reducer. The first hand set I did and just added it to our older one, I didn't add the flow reducer. The one on our new toilet I did and WOW, don't do that, we have incredible water pressure and it made this the saddest spray, no matter how open both flow controls were. I immediately removed it. If you have poor water pressure, you definitely won't want this thing on there! Glad all of our toilets have this on them now, even though one toilet still needs some retro fitting. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This was not my first choice, my first choice is out of stock in chrome for several months I didn't want to wait and this one had pretty good reviews so I went for it. The bidet thing is a new experience for me, I've had this one for a week now and still getting used to it but it's doing what it's designed to do. THE GOOD: Everything about it looks and feels like good quality. I've had no issues with leaks The thumb control is easy to operate and works well. TIP - wide open is too much pressure, even with a fair amount of pucker power it'll shoot water up your hiney!! LESS THAN PERFECT: My only annoyance is the bracket that holds it. The handle will clip onto the bracket but not easily, it feels like the handle is too big for the bracket and takes too much force to clip it in and out, I'm hanging it from the spray head and so far that's working ok. Installation is common sense but pay attention to the rubber gaskets. The cone shaped rubber gasket that, according to the diagram on instructions, goes on the hose end that attached to the wand, was actually loose in the bag. The flat washer that shows to be for the end that attaches to the on/off valve at the tank was actually inserted in the wand. I still don't really understand why the spray wand swivels up and down, maybe it's an angle thing that I'll understand with more use! Read more
