I should have never opened the box when I saw the size of it I knew there was going to be a problem but wanting to clean the bathroom grout and soap scum from my shower I opened it anyway and then no way or means was I surprised by the lack of quality of this piece I will give to peace back and that's for my money back but I'm not going to do it because I shouldn't open that box when I saw that little tiny box I should have known this thing was going to work so I'm writing this review and when I gave him one star I was stretching it trying to be generous don't waste your time with this product it's a waste of time money and effort I wound up having to scrub the wall with the grout lines with the toothbrush which I was trying to buy this machine not to do that and have to scrub it anyway with the toothbrush this machine is trash Read more

The steam cleaner effective at cleaning soap scum and hard water stains in the shower. The device heats up quickly. It’s easy to use and carry, and comes with versatile attachments that make it useful for various cleaning tasks. I like the steam pressure. It makes cleaning easier without using chemicals. The device has a few issues. The controls are on the device instead of the handle which makes it a little difficult to control the steam pressure and the cord is short. I tested this on my bathroom and the only thing it removed was an acrylic paint drop and some fresh soap residue. It does not work on soap scum even when using the high pressure nozzle. It's pretty loud and the number on the machine only goes up to 6. It would be easier to just have it be all or nothing. I've not tried it on furniture yet but I can see it working well to steam clothes. Maybe just not for cleaning. Read more

This handheld steam cleaner has been fantastic so far. It’s extremely simple to use, heats up and starts producing steam within seconds, and when you turn it off, the steam shuts down just as quickly. The touch-sensitive power and steam buttons are responsive and intuitive, making it very easy to control. I’ve already used it to clean mildew off showers and utility sinks, and it handled both with surprising ease. The results were great with minimal effort, which really shows how effective steam can be for everyday cleaning without chemicals. The integrated, stowable handle is a great design touch and makes it easy to carry around the house. The long power cord and long steam hose are also huge pluses—they make it easy to reach hard-to-access areas like walk-in showers without constantly moving the unit around. One small note: the plastic steam hose does get warm to the touch, but not hot, and I didn’t feel there was any safety concern. Overall, the unit appears to be very durable. The water tank is not removable, so it’s important to follow the cleaning instructions to avoid buildup inside—but the large tank means fewer refills, which is nice. Between the fast heat-up, adjustable steam levels, and the included accessories, this is an incredibly versatile tool. For the price, the value is excellent, and the level of utility you get out of it is impressive. Steam really can clean just about anything, and this machine proves how useful it is for day-to-day chores. I’m already looking forward to using it on more tough-to-clean areas around the house.
