For the price I paid, the value can't be beat. With that said, it doesn't quite live up to the cleaning power of a similar looking bissel brand steam cleaner we borrowed from a friend last year. There's also fewer attachments than the aforementioned. 4 out of 5 Overall, she's happy that it gets the deep cleaning done that shes had her heart set on doing. She says its easy to set up and use but does take a little time for the heat levels to be where she wants it for that steamy fresh clean. One thing she did mention was how difficult the water is to get inside and shes glad it came with a little pouring cup for this reason. Read more

Bought it because there were 5 star ratings. My experience was other than that. I primarily bought because the specs said it held 1400ml of water which is around 47 oz. When I went to fill it up, it only held 14 oz of water. The slide trigger on the handle is a little weird to use too. Not only that, water was heavily streaming out of the nozzle along with steam, so things were getting heavily saturated. It did not clean that well at all. I will be returning for the above reasons.
