If I could rate this 20 stars I would!!! It is so versatile and works amazing! I use it for everything. I love it because its a movable tube and wont tip versus the handheld versions where if you tip it, it will spill. This came with so many different heads and can be used pretty much anywhere! Super easy to use. Only recommendation is maybe having the cord be able to be wrapped around the base of the device or the tubing be able to be clipped somewhere on the unit. Don’t waste your time or money. Product shut off after less than a minute. There is no trigger to control the steam coming out so have it pointed at what you want to clean if you do waste your time. It also leaves things saturated, cleaned my backsplash and looked like it rained all over it. Read more
Nowhere near as much power as advertised or expected ! Included gloves split the second I pulled them apart !!! Just about has the power to clean grout slowly, but not much else ! Not an expensive product, and I can see why. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Useless, Steam is coming, but holding my hand in the steam for 30 seconds and not getting burned. Little difference in the results of cleaning the surfaces. Water coming with the steam is not that hot either. Read more
