Stress Hrx Ashwagandha Supplement Capsule Herbal Destination Stress Relief - 60 Count

I have been taking Ashwagandha in liquid form to help me sleep more soundly. Ashwagandha has a strong bitter taste and swallowing it in liquid form was always a challenge. I switched to Stress Hrx Ashwagandha formula in capsule form. This is great as it's easy to swallow the capsule and there is no aftertaste. I take a capsule one hour before going to sleep, and I find I wake up less frequently during the night and, with 8 to 9 hours of sleep, I don’t feel tired the next morning. What I like about his formulation is the 400mg of actual Ashwagandha power added to the 200 mg of Ashwagandha concentrated extract. I have no experience with the Bacopa and Nardostachys that are also part of the formula and am researching this mixture further (herbs often work synergistically when combined). Tastes awful. I swear it tastes like hay/straw. I tried tolerating them for about 3 days before I couldn't do it anymore and just threw them away and got a better, tasteless brand instead.
