Inexpensive and works great! No need to spend more than this to get a few extra HDMI ports. My latest TV only has two ports, so with the security camera and a few other devices, I constantly had to reach the back and switch the devices. For a few bucks extra, I no longer have to do that anymore. The remote helps, and signal as well as picture quality is unaffected. Let hope it lasts! Read more

Works very well. Comes with a small remote, but I've never used it -- the switch senses when a different device is turned on and switches automatically. Impressive. Small, well-designed, works great. Exactly what I wanted. Read more
Originally purhcased this item in September of last year. I was very pleased with it, until it stopped working this month. I wrote the seller who confirmed they'd send me a replacement in four days. I got the replacement in about three days. It's a metalic black one instead of the metalic green, but it works well. I'm hoping it'll last longer than the first switch. I'm am giving this product 5 stars due to the seller being very responsive and getting me a replacement switch in perfect working order so quickly. When working the device does what I need it to do and does so very well. It will sense the most recent active connection which is all I need it for. Switching from my work PC to my Playstation or gaming laptop is effortless. I don't use the remote because I'm just an arm's reach from the switch so I simply use the button on the top of the box. When I'm done gaming or using my personal laptop, I power down these items and the switch will revert back to my work PC which normally is always left on. It works perfectly for my needs. Read more
Update: Even with external power this device intermittently cuts out on inputs. Original Review: Device claims to work without a power source, this was not the case for me so I docked two stars, I had to locate an adapter with the connector type. So far with that its working, however the power supply should be included. We are using to switch between some of the lesser used items like legacy DVD player, and wii system as our TV only has a few inputs available. It works well enough and price isnt too bad for what this is. Read more
I agree with others who say the following. 1). The remote is too small and easy to lose. 2). The power output at the front of the unit is kind of dumb. 3). The power cord is too short. However, for the price and performance (so far) who cares?!?! First, you don't even need the remote. We've placed it safely in the remote boat and and have never dug it out. We've got the unit placed behind the TV so we don't really notice the power cord being in front. Third, we've got the Power Strip nearby so the short cord is just long enough... and we've got plenty of extension cords if it weren't long enough. The three devices we've got plugged (Blue Ray, Nintendo Switch, and Fire Stick) all work great with a perfect picture and performance. We also haven't noticed the unit getting hot either. All good! These are fantastic HDMI multiport splitters. When plugged into power with the included usb plug the port switches automatically depending on which port is being used. If you choose not to use the power plug, the system still works with the included remote. I did notice some Chanel clarity problems when power wasn’t used! Read more
